About Watercontrol

A family business.
A lasting commitment.

Since 1997Caulking & masonry restoration

Watercontrol Services Inc. was founded by Edward Creedon Sr. in 1997. He built the company around hands-on experience, dependable crews, and taking pride in the work done on every building.

Today, his son Eddie is carrying the business forward with that same commitment. Our team works on commercial, industrial, and residential properties, handling everything from caulking and brick pointing to concrete repairs, coatings, waterproofing, and building-envelope systems.

Every project has its own conditions and challenges. We look closely at what a building needs, choose materials suited to the job, and give the details the attention they deserve. Whether we're restoring aging masonry or sealing a new exterior, our goal is straightforward: do work we can stand behind and help protect the property for years to come.

Our safety commitment

Safety at every
stage of the job.

Safety is a core part of how we approach every caulking and masonry restoration project. Our work requires careful attention to elevated work areas, equipment use, dust, and the protection of people and property around us. From preparing the work area to completing the final cleanup, we incorporate safety into how we plan, organize, and carry out our work. Our written safety program provides the foundation for these practices and reinforces clear expectations for our team.

A trained workforce

Every member of our field crew is required to hold an OSHA 30-hour training card as a condition of employment. This requirement establishes a shared foundation in recognizing workplace hazards and understanding safe work practices. Our team’s qualifications also include aerial boom lift certifications and fall protection training, supporting the work we perform at height and in areas that require specialized access equipment. We treat this training as an essential part of being prepared for the job and understanding the responsibilities that come with it.

Ongoing safety communication

Safety requires continued attention throughout a project. We conduct weekly safety meetings and monthly toolbox talks to reinforce safe work practices, discuss workplace hazards, and keep safety expectations clear. These discussions give our team regular opportunities to review concerns and maintain awareness of the conditions that can affect their work. Keeping safety part of our ongoing communication helps turn training into everyday practice.

Protecting customers, occupants, and the public

Our safety practices extend beyond our crew to the customers, building occupants, visitors, and pedestrians around our work. We use barriers, visible signage, and restricted work areas to establish boundaries and help keep people separated from active restoration operations. These measures are especially important when working around building entrances, walkways, and occupied spaces, where clear communication and controlled access help protect everyone nearby.

Dust control, property protection, and daily cleanup

Caulking and masonry restoration require care for the surrounding building and its use. We incorporate dust control and property protection into our work to help limit the spread of dust and protect adjacent surfaces and areas. Daily cleanup is also part of our routine, helping keep work areas orderly and reducing hazards associated with debris and accumulated materials. Maintaining a clean, organized site supports both safer working conditions and a more considerate experience for our customers.

Our commitment to safety is reflected in the training we require, the practices we follow, and the attention we give to every work area. We take responsibility for helping protect our crew, our customers, and the properties entrusted to us.
